Good Faith Estimates
The No Surprises Act helps self-pay and uninsured individuals better understand their expected medical expenses. Patients who are self-pay or not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate before receiving services.
To request a Good Faith Estimate for Evident™ Ovarian, please contact Evident Billing Support at billing@mercybio.com or 1-844-5DETECT – Option 2.
About Good Faith Estimates: Your estimate will include only the cost of the Evident™ Ovarian test. It will not include other services you may receive from your healthcare provider or another facility. Mercy Bio cannot estimate charges from unrelated healthcare providers or facilities, including the provider who orders your test.
Your Right to Dispute a Bill: If you receive a bill for the Evident™ Ovarian test that is at least $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the bill.
Information about how to initiate the dispute resolution process is available from CMS at https://www.cms.gov/medical-bill-rights/help/dispute-a-bill. Initiating the dispute resolution process will not adversely affect the quality of healthcare services provided to you.
